2 days of classroom training
1 - The fundamentals of project management
- Project concepts.
- Project life cycle.
- Roles and responsibilities in project management.
- Project delivery methods (predictive, agile).
2 - Frame the project
- Define project objectives with the stakeholders.
- Identify the project's value drivers (customer experience, financial, societal, environmental, etc.).
- Define the project framework sheet.
3 - Manage the schedule
- Define project tasks: Work Breakdown Structure.
- Build the schedule: Gantt chart and/or Visual Planning (Kanban).
4 - Manage costs
- Identify the resources required for the project.
- Estimate costs.
- Build the project budget.
5 - Manage risks
- Identify and assess risk.
- Manage project risks.
- Implement risk reduction actions.
6 - Work as a project team
- Promote individual and collective project team effectiveness.
- Facilitate project meetings and rituals.
7 - Manage project progress
- Define key project management indicators.
- Build the project dashboard.
- Share progress with stakeholders.
- Close the project.
